Curing the common cold with hydrogen peroxide 

NOTE: PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS ENTIRE PAGE TO THE BOTTOM BEFORE STARTING THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOL, IN ORDER TO HAVE A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING AND CONTEXT FOR WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO OPTIMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS.

In 1928 Richard Simmons, M.D. hypothesized that colds and flu virus enter through the ear canal. His findings were dismissed by the medical community.

According to Dr. Simmons, contrary to what you may think or have been taught about how you catch the flu or the cold, there is only one way that you can catch them, and that's via the ear canal – not through the eyes or nose or mouth as most have believed.

Keeping your fingers out of your ears will greatly reduce your chances of catching them, but then again these viruses are microscopic and can be air-born and may land on or even in your ear.

Once they have entered the inner-ear (middle-ear) there they begin their breeding process, and from there they have access to every avenue throughout our body to travel to and to infect and make us sick.

In 1938 German researchers had great success using hydrogen peroxide in dealing with colds and the flu. Their data has been ignored (maybe suppressed) for over 60 years.

For many years people in the know have been attacking the influenza virus and common cold where they begin their breeding process (and not where they have already have spread to) and that's the inner-ear (middle).

It IS important to begin treatment as soon as symptoms appear.

Follow this protocol:

We have found remarkable results in curing the flu and cold within 12 to 14 hours when administering a few drops (usually around 1/4 of a Teaspoon - which can be easily pulled up and measured with a plastic medicine dropper that shows how much is a 1/4 tsp - you can find one at any drug store/pharmacy for a few dollars and they look something like the picture below) which you'll use to put the 3% (three percent) Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) solution into each infected ear (obviously one ear at a time), sometimes only one ear is infected, but it is best to use the protocol on both ears.

The H2O2 starts working within 3 to 5 minutes in killing the flu or cold infection at the primary source where it is multiplying and entering into the rest of your body from the ears and into your nose and throat, where it can begin to overwhelm your immune system; 

So there will be some bubbling and in some cases:

> Mild stinging can occur, 
> You may even begin to feel some dizziness (feeling as though your equilibrium is off), 

All of which are normal if it is mild and goes away fairly quickly.

Wait until the bubbling stops completely. You'll want to have 2-4 minutes pass where there's no more bubbling occurring (usually it'll bubble 15 to 45 minutes, sometimes more, and sometimes less depending on the severity/intensity of the infection that's going on) then roll over and drain the H2O2 onto a paper towel or two tissue papers to ensure they absorb the H2O2 so it doesn't spill over onto anything and then repeat in the other ear the same protocol.

Then follow up with 1,000mg of Vitamin C every 30 to 60 minutes while awake and continue while feeling any symptoms at all. 
NOTE: IF SYMPTOMS ARE NOT GETTING BETTER WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS OF APPLYING THE ABOVE PROTOCOL, YOU WILL NEED TO REFER TO THE FULL VITAMIN C PROTOCOL LOCATED ON THIS SITE.

If you had to resort to the Vitamin C Protocol then it usually means you had to take Vitamin C beyond the initial day. 

If that's the case, then once symptoms are gone when using the Vitamin C Protocol, you can begin to back off the Vitamin C in steps, but should continue to take 1,000mg of Vitamin C every 1-2 hours or so, tapering off a step at a time, for another day or two after you feel cured, to ensure any unfelt residual infection doesn't have a chance to grow back and is fully killed off. 
Then after, it's best to maintain a regular intake of Vitamin C with every meal. For optimal daily maintenance dose of Vitamin C, please see resources below.

Then, IF NEEDED (again, depending on severity), You Can Proceed To The Next Step of The Protocol...To Ensure Whatever Has Already Invaded Your Body Gets Completely Wiped Out through the use of Vitamin C...

(NOTE: you can use either regular ascorbic acid (vitamin C in capsule form only, as it is best absorbed) with nothing else added in the ingredients, or use a buffered form if needed, like Magnesium Ascorbate which you can find online - if not, sometimes you may be able to find sodium ascorbate or other buffered forms, like calcium ascorbate which work just as well, if you have a sensitive stomach. But in high doses, it's best to avoid taking in that much calcium). 

HERE ARE SOME SUPPLEMENTS THAT WILL BE HELPFUL TO HAVE AROUND BEFORE YOU NEED THEM...

On the day you feel you are getting sick, IT'S IDEAL but not necessary that you take 50,000 IU of Vitamin D3...
along with 1,250mcg (micrograms) of Vitamin K2 as MK-7, YES, 1,250mcg (NOT A MISTAKE) and... 

250-300mg of Magnesium Citrate, TWICE That Day with a Meal, is also an additional safe therapeutic dose and an effective way to help boost and bolster your immune system, for quicker relief and recovery.

That means by the end of the day, you will have taken (depending on severity of your symptoms) up to 100,000 IU of Vitamin D3, along with 2,500mcg of Vitamin K2 as MK-7, and 500mg-600mg of Magnesium Citrate (you may need to repeat this for the next day or two, depending on how quickly you start to feel better.

Also, it is strongly recommended you GET INTO THE HABIT of taking a quality Multi-Vitamin/Multi-Mineral Supplement DAILY (whether you feel sick or not - your body needs that base of immune boosting nutrition) and make sure that the supplement you use has the following ingredients and minimum amounts

Zinc 30mg to 50mg
Selenium 100mcg 
Vitamin B1 (in the form of Benfotiamine) 5mg 
B6 15mg 

Lastly, it's important to have at least 1,000mg and up to 5,000mg per day, of high quality Omega 3 and Essential Fatty Acids as a supplement (depending on your age (especially if you're over 40) and whatever health concerns you may have) .

To ensure you cure the flu you may need to repeat this process two or more times at four to eight hour intervals until there is no more bubbling when putting Hydrogen Peroxide in your ears...

Finally...
REMEMBER...In between the Hydrogen Peroxide protocol, and especially if you don't have time and are unable to do the Hydrogen Peroxide protocol, it would help dramatically if you take half hour to hourly doses of 1,000mg of vitamin C throughout the first day and possibly the second day to help work against whatever has already entered into your body, until you are 100% symptom free.

CAUTION: If you do not start experiencing a reduction in symptoms within the first couple of hours after taking Vitamin C (after you've already completed your Hydrogen Peroxide Protocol), then it means you likely started to address your symptoms later than was ideal and whatever you caught, has had a chance to set in your body longer and much deeper than preferred...

In this case, you will need to be more aggressive about a more therapeutic approach with Vitamin C. 
If this is the case, then please apply the full Vitamin C Protocol, as outlined here

NOTE: Once you're symptom free, DO NOT abruptly just stop taking Vitamin C. Taper it off over a day or two to ensure any minor remaining infections that may be in your body, but not enough to show symptoms, do not have a chance to grow back. 
This is because after being under attack and weakened, those infections want to instinctively survive, and they can grow back more aggressively. So a good rule of thumb is to back off the C in steps, as suggested above, until you are down to a daily maintenance dose in the following proportions: 

Take how much you weigh in pounds, then multiply by 40 and round up to the nearest thousand that you can evenly divide that number by 3. This is the amount that should be taken from my experience over the last 12 years now. It's what has kept many issues under control for me, countless friends, and my own parents, which also has many beneficial effects, beyond what has been covered here.

THE BASIC DAILY NEEDS AS A FOUNDATION

(THIS NEEDS TO BE PART OF YOUR PROTOCOL, AS A BASE NUTRITIONAL NEED FOR YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM)

Basic Minimal Daily Nutritional Supplementation For Immunity and General Prevention

This will provide your body with a solid basic foundation for a strong immune system

For times when your immune system is overwhelmed by various factors and becomes compromised, you can address most health issues by applying the "Therapeutic" protocols below, following the first section for basic daily needs for healthy immunity:


1. As a base foundation, get a solid high-quality Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Supplement, which includes Pro-/Pre-Biotics for a healthy gut.

6. Basic Minimum Vitamin C Daily Dose (see link below for details)   Should take based on body weight for adults...

◦ Take your body weight in pounds and multiply by 40, then round up to the nearest thousand that you can divide evenly by 3. Then, what you get when you divide by 3, that's the dose you should take 3 times daily, ideally at Breakfast, and for Lunch, as well as for Dinner. 

Example: Weight = 170 pounds X 40 = 6800 then rounded up to nearest thousand that evenly divides by 3 = 9,000...

Therefore, 3,000mg (milligrams) is what should be taken with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 

NOTE: The Basic Daily Dose should be taken with food at each meal or snack if you're not eating 3 meals a day.
